What documents are required?

  1. Australian Rider License/ International Rider license (English or translation copy/Australian Learner/Probation works).

  2. Passport if you are using an international license.

  3. Proof of address, like a bank statement, and water/electricity bill to prove your residential address.

  4. Bank card for direct debit authorisation.

What are the pick-up times for your vehicles?

Rental service is available from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday.
But it's always wise to contact us before your visit.

How much is the bond?

For security reasons, a fully refundable $300 will be charged.

How long can I rent the vehicle?

The minimum rental period for our scooters and motorcycles is 4 weeks.
Please note that you can keep using the scooter as long as you want.

You can even contact us to upgrade to the 12-week plan if you want to enjoy the lower price!

Service and maintenance?

The scooters need to be serviced regularly for your riding safety and we will offer the regular service for free for our scooter.

You only need to check the service label underneath the seat/on the tank and make the general service booking and visit us before it reaches the service mileage limitation.

Concern about exceeding the limitation? No worries, we will send you an email at the start of every month to give you a warm notification!


Come without booking is fine, but you may need to wait for the mechanics to finish their tasks of the scheduled customers.

Please note: Failure to accomplish the general service will result in a $10 penalty for every 100 kilometres exceeded, and the potential repair cost of the scooter will be at your expenseWe don't want to see this happen :(

In case of an accident/stolen happens, what should I do ?

Here is the most important thing for you: Contact us ASAP, no matter by calling, messaging, email, or even WhatsApp.

We require that only the rider report any incident or stolen cases within 48 hours then the insurance coverage will be applied.

 

We will try our best to provide help and sort it out smoothly.
